JOHN WILSON, Commis Chef, spent his working life running a successful Electrical & Plumbing contractors. Taking early retirement in 2004, he planned to help out a little in the kitchen, maybe do some maintenance. Today with Franck as his teacher, John has developed new skills and a passion for cooking - and has earned himself a vital role in the Food Creation team.


DAVE LINES is Food Creations Apprentice. Dave is currently studying at Great Yarmouth College alongside his work at Food Creation. What Dave learns at College is really put to the test in our kitchen but it's most beneficial for him to experience 'real life' skills to accompany his class room learning.
