Our purpose built kitchen has all of the equipment and space that is needed to produce great food; it is our Chefs however that make our food really special.
FRANCK PONTAIS, Food Creation's EXECUTIVE CHEF has been extensively trained at a Culinary School in Paris for over 6 years. 12 years ago a career move brought Franck to England - he arrived with a contract to work at Harrods Food Hall kitchens, then moved throughout the 14 different restaurants in Selfridges & then on to specialise in banqueting at London's top outside caterer "Rhubarb" Food Design. Whilst working in banqueting Franck had the opportunity to (amongst others) cater for Stella McCartney's wedding, functions for members of the royal family & Elton John and at home for celebrities such as Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Kevin Pitcher, our newly appointed SOUS CHEF has been working as a chef since leaving college 10 years ago. Since his graduation Kevin has worked in some of the regions most celebrated kitchens including The Swan at Southwold and The Hoste Arms in North Norfolk.
