We are rather more inventive when it comes to a buffet display. Using beautiful glass bowls, coloured ceramics or tall vase filled with attractive foods sets the scene. We can hand carve stunningly decorated Hams from the bone, cook prawn or meat skewers on table top griddles or utilise half coconut shells to portion vegetables. Our over all aim is a bountiful display to entice your guests, a buffet is a brilliant way to offer your guests choice, why not spoil them with choice.
