Of equal importance to us is preparing traditional and classic recepies in the way that they are traditionally meant to be made.

Francks training has taught him how things should be done; for example when making stocks & sauces no instant powder will be found in the pantry:- no ready made pastry will enter the kitchen and a Chicken Caesar will include Cos Lettuce, Char grilled Chicken, Handmade Croutons & Dressing with Anchovy & Parmesan shavings to garnish, with no red onion, diced Peppers of Curly Parsley garnish in sight.
